The hotel's excellent location made it easy to explore Vienna, with the botanic garden and Belvedere palace just a short walk away. "Great staff-not in your face but always there if needed. Very clean, I thought. I liked the charm and character of the older parts of the hotel. I didn’t eat breakfast there or any meals, but did have a drink in the bar and that was pleasant with attentive service. This hotel is very close to transportation, local bars, shops and a couple of good restaurants- the Korean place (more or less next door) was great as was a pizza place round the corner. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back here, too. I really liked it. "
