"It is an ‘ok’ hotel, convenient for the train into the city and really close to the Vienna International Centre. Staff didn’t seem particularly well informed regarding things to do in the local area. Unfortunately I had a room that adjoined another room, although the adjoining door was obviously locked, I could still clearly hear the other person, therefore assume they could also hear me. I would definitely request a room without this door if I was booking again. Breakfast had a good variety...

"I had a fantastic girls weekend with my friends. The hotel was within 5 mins walk to the metro a 24 hour ticket costing 4.80 to the center. The hotel was cosy and warm, towels changed every day if you want, hotel supplied shower gel and hairdryer in bathroom. The hotel had a very spacious lobby which we returned to in the evening with full bar and food if required. I will definitely return to Vienna again and will also stay at theJUFA"

"What an odd experience. Very strange hotel; from location to the room itself. The room is large and spacious. Many burned out lightbulbs and even a missing handle from the bathroom door. (I found it hiding in a drawer and reattached it myself). Asked the front desk for toilet paper and many hours later, still waiting. Had to ask again, finally restocked. Room was not made up during the day. No fresh towels or well, anything for that matter. No hair dryer/iron. No mini fridge. No phone, not...
