"The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows.
