The train station is about a 5 minute walk which makes it easy to head downtown or to any district for that matter. There is a small market (grocery store) which is right next door about a 1 minute walk when exiting the building to your left. "A good place to stay especially if you are working at VIC. Underground station is within 5 minutes walk. Good breakfast. The only negative is that room furniture is not comfortable: bedside table is hard to reach, some hideous corner armchair, no proper desk. Otherwise good."
