"Hotel is super spacious, beautiful christmas lights outside the building. Staff are super friendly - we booked 2 rooms & they upgraded one of them so we could be together. Will be back again next year :)"

"Need to make the elevator less scary.... I did not use it after the first time , I was on the 5th floor and the elevator dropped 10-12 inches at the top. Decided to use all 124 stairs instead."

"Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small for older children & the stairs might be a problem for people with mobility issues or very young children. Overall we had a fantastic time, thanks Gloria!"
