"Our stay was wonderful. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location was great with many restaurants nearby and right on the water! We were fortunate to have a balcony that provided an additional living space for relaxing and playing cards. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but the complimentary coffee was so very good. "The room was adorable and there were a few very cute nearby cafes and restaurants. There were a few things that posed minor annoyances, however; there was no handsoap in the bathroom, working out a self-check-in over the phone included several technological issues, the AC rattled nearby wall hangings and had to be turned off to sleep, and there was no continental breakfast despite the booking stating otherwise."

"This is a very old building that once hosted a monestary. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small. Our room looked out to a canal. They have a bar and lounge that serves food. Walking distance to 2 water taxi stations, and lots of shopping and restaurants. "
