"The location is perfect. The bakery downstairs is excellent. The Conad Grocery around the corner is very convenient! Anne is a great host. The flat is clean and has everything you need. Beds usually comfortable! Wi-Fi is relatively slow DSL, but you can stream Netflix on an iPad just fine. We enjoyed or stay in Cinque Terra/Tuscany using this apartment has a home base. "

"We had a great time here. This apartment is spacious, comfortable, homely and well equipped. We found the apartment block and surrounding blocks to be very quiet, we didn’t hear any noise from the neighbours. The balcony felt private. The location is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to the sea through one of the private beaches. We used the Camiaore free beach which was a 15 minute walk, either along the seashore or the promenade. "I have stayed in many properties around Viareggio for work over the past 2 years. I would stay here again. Very clean, everything must have been recently renovated because it's all like new. Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. "Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...
