"The hotel itself is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff on reception were especially friendly and helpful and arranged restaurant reservations for us and checked ahead with all these restaurants to make sure they catered for gluten free. The restaurant within the hotel is definitely worth a visit, the tasting menu was absolutely stunning and the staff again were so friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. "Great spot if you’re in Viareggio for the Carnavle season. The hotel is a cool old building. Might have been a Palazzo at one time. The staff was excellent. The room was clean and had nice setup. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast was large and plenty things to choose from. The city itself was great. "
