"Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...

"Lovely accomodation with outside patio and shaded area. Cool for the summer and with underfloor heating to take the chill off the tiles throughout the year. A little noisy at night but it didn't spoil our week. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away and there are walks in the forest so you can walk for miles. "My husband and I rented the villa for a family vacation from June 25 to July 8. There were 6 adults, 2 teenaged granddaughters and 2 young grandsons. The villa is perfectly located for sightseeing day trips or enjoying the ocean. The above ground pool was used daily by the children.
