"This was a quick overnighter as part of a larger trip. It was a last-minute reservation due to some other unforeseen things. The only thing I think Shore steak could do is get a big sign high up. It was hard in the dark driving around in circles at the mall, trying to find the hotel! All your staff people were very friendly and helpful. "
