"Beautiful historic building conveniently located in the Shadyside neighborhood. Very convenient free parking in a Pittsburgh hotel, which is usually inconvenient and expensive. We enjoyed meeting our family in the beautiful cocktail lounge, and the staff was very pleasant and most accommodating. My only criticism is that our room furniture was somewhat worn, with scratches in the wood, chipped edges, etc. The bathroom itself had been recently renovated, and the room itself was very clean."

"Very close to the Convention Center, which is where we spent most of the weekend. Secured building, nice amenities, and plenty of space for three of us. We walked most places, ate twice at Pizza Parm, which is next door, and close to the Grant Street parking garage, which is where we had to park due to height restrictions in other garages."
