There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day.
