"We liked everything, excellent location, kitchen with natural gas stove, all necessary cooking utensils. Shops nearby, location 15 minutes from the airport, there is really nothing that we disliked. And above all the price of the accommodation was excellently affordable, compared to others. Very happy I would return to the same place if I could vacation again."

"The owner was so nice !! Her son helped us carry our luggage out and she even pointed us to the beach that we were able to walk and let us borrow some beach supplies ! She also saved a parking spot for us! Great spot beach is 4 minute walk everyone around the area walks and a lot of food places and shopping center by! Will definetly book again!! "

"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"Cute little 2 bedroom condo. Noise is a bit loud from traffic, but it was elections so traffic was more then normal. For the price it was a good fit clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants, attractions, and a Walmart close by. I would recommend this. "

"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "I am from Puerto Rico and like to stay in Isla Verde when I visit the island. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, as was the building. The hosts were always available to answer my questions. And the ocean view from the balcony and bedroom is spectacular. I especially liked that I could access the beach from the grounds behind the building. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roslyn and Jose."
