"My wife and I enjoyed this property for it's simplicity, coziness, cleanliness, spaciousness and feel. The property is situated within walking distance to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocieries, and minutes away from the downtown scene. The property owners provide a great myriad of kitchenware, towels and blankets. All in all a great place. I do recommend more than a 3 day stay to really enjoy the area and property (we stayed 5 nights). "

"Nice stay! Beautiful suite. Rob was a great host! Breakfast/brunch hours seemed to change daily. Pool area is quite small. Quiet hours are supposed to be 9 pm on, but it seemed that this was not enforced. The boys were pretty riled up til about 11 pm. "

"I loved the area, there was only three parking spots available for the most part we had a spot. There was one night we didn’t have a spot which was annoying because it is hard to find parking. However Ubers were cheap and easy. The only complaint I have is that I wish they included more towels, bed sheets, and cleaning supplies. "The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

"Verde by DW was the perfect place for my stay in PR. The location was safe and close to every thing I wanted to do, everyone was so hospitable and were very responsive to any questions I have. The apartment was beautiful and clean, my favorite part was the outdoor shower. I will def be booking with them again ! "

"310Guest-House LaVida in Old San Juan is an older building (like ALL of Old San Juan) and, as such, is not well insulated for sound from the often-busy street below. We had a balcony unit so two large doors lead outside to a small balcony. Two windows (above the balcony doors with no curtain or shade) let you know when it's daytime. With no reception desk, the property is accessed using a lockbox system with the combination provided prior to check-in. There isn't a regular cleaning service, but...
