"This is a fantastic property! It is literally 30 seconds from the beach, and is stocked with everything you could ever want: beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sports toys, etc. The house had plenty of space for our group of 4, and is 12 min walking from a great grocery store (SuperMax). 5-10 min walking away from a ton of restaurants. The beach we had cannot be beat. We spent a day in Condado as well, and the beach here at Ocean Park was waayy more our speed (fewer tourists, less noisy,...

"This place is an excellent place to stay. Great location, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our group of 6 people. The owners were responsive when questions were asked. A very safe place to stay. I would stay here again!! My only thing would be to add more comfortable seating in the Cabana, as this is the main hangout for movies, etc.. Otherwise, it definitely deserves a 10/10."

"Very nice, clean and modern home that is centrally located near San Juan attractions. Host was very gracious and provided a list of nearby restaurants, bars, and places to shop within easy walking distance. Other areas are within a quick Uber ride. Would stay here again."

"The "apartment" is small, the bathroom & shower are small, the neighbor hood is fine, but after dark walking from the main street to the apartment is a bit eerie. However, I would stay in the apartment again and would recommend it to any solo traveler or couples who don't need a lot. The space worked perfectly for my needs & the location was great!"
