"I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in San Juan, Puerto Rico! The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for what I needed for my six-day vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was very responsive and made sure I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it when visiting San Juan!"

"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "Amazing location, great view, clear sound of the waves, no city noises. Many dining options at walking distance. Very convenient parking and condo location, seconds from the elevator. "This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. "The unit was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The unit was only a few blocks from the beach, groceries and many restaurants. The onsite staff for the building was responsive for any needs from extra supplies to beach towels. Our family of 11 was comfortable. "

"La Concha had everything we needed- beach right in front with chairs and umbrellas, bars and bathrooms. You also had the restaurant for food. The pools were all very nice and staff was amazing. The bars were all very nice and the daily mixology class was fun. The location made it great to walk to restaurants and bars all around us. The casino was also fun. I would definitely recommend this property "
