"We stayed in their penthouse location, lot's of amazing views, we had access to 3 balconies, 2 were rooftop. Beds were comfortable, lot's of space to move around, there is NO ELEAVATOR, not a big deal from us, no couches in the living room or microwave in the kitchen, it had a built-in stove top and all the dishes and silverware. "Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working...

"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"The apartment is small, but comfortable. Not fancy, but you cannot beat the view. Overlooking the ruins of a fort, the Atlantic Ocean and Condado Lagoon, we had coffee on the balcony each morning. The location is fantastic if you’re good with walking. Short distances to beaches and restaurants. Bodega type shopping nearby. Stay away from the Ocean Restaurant at the Hilton. Paid 70US for two martinis. Parking is just down the street and very reasonable."

"I rented this for my bachelorette trip and overall the stay was great, but the house was lacking basic cleaning supplies like a sponge and paper towels and trash bags. The grill didnt light and there was no lighter. The inside stove didnt get hot…so if you plan to cook or spend time at the house I would think again. The outside area was not exactly as described there was no turf area and the bench did not have pillows to sit.The water pressure inside was a little low so we showered outaide but...

"This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. Oddly enough, the warmest shower is the tub shower in the middle of the courtyard...

"The Condado Ocean club was a great choice for our 5 night stay. Our king ocean room had an amazing view. The drinks were good (but very pricey). One reason we chose this resort was because it’s adults only and we were looking for a relaxing poolside rest. When we arrived on Sunday, we were worried that wouldn’t be the case. The music was SO loud and lots of very young adults that seemed to be more of a party crowd. But, once we got past the weekend, it was MUCH better. The infinity pool is amazing-just wish it was heated! We hope to come back soon! "
