"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. "Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! "I was in Puerto Rico with family to take my moms ashes back to her hometown. The original place I had booked had a busted pipe so we had to move. The owner was prompt to respond, had unit cleaned, and we were able to access it sooner than expected. The house is in a great neighborhood not far from the beach or shopping. "The staff was very friendly and would answer all my questions. The area around the property was outdated but inside the apartment was nicer. The water pressure for the shower was not the best. They have narrow hallways. There are no elevators so you have to climb up to your apartment through the stairs. There is only AC in the rooms. Not the kitchen nor the living room. I would stay again if this place was in a different location. Overall, what made this experience was the very friendly staff....
