"Got stuck on the bay area with a car issue over a long holiday weekend. What was supposed to be one night.ended up being 6 days. The hotel is a clean, affordable, safe place to stay with everything you could possibly want within short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I had my small dog along with me so the pet room on the first floor was great. "

"The manager was very bossy and charges if you put stains on towels and wash rags due to dirt or makeup,they don't clean your room everyday.had to take out my own garbage,and they don't have fresh breakfast,food was stail like it's been sitting there for days.cockroches in room and no air conditioning.manager tried to keep $100 deposit and charged me two times for stained towels and keep them. "The staff was fantastic everyone that worked there was so friendly. The only thing that I can say negative is that they are remodeling the hotel so getting to the restaurant was a little difficult but they did have a shuttle that could take us there. Overall I think this is the nicest place I have ever stayed in!😀"
