"This hotel is VERY CLOSE to the mall. You can walk. Brakfast is basic. And service is EXTREMELY slow. Few front desk staff are very nice ,polite and helpful and some of them just DON'T WANA WORK . Parking spot are very small. Better to park on the roof so no one can put dent on your car. Entrance has 2 sliding door BUT 2nd door is always lock even in day time. You need room card to open or you knock so thy can open. Overall hotel is fine. I will stay again "

"Negotiating the parking lot and accessing the parking garage were difficult and time consuming. Directions from the staff at the porte-cochère and in the parking area were vague and not helpful. Most importantly: The highly inventive "Destination Fee" is nothing but a gouge. We were told that if we ordered room service the $25 fee would be deducted from the bill. IT WAS NOT. We paid the $25 fee plus our credit card was billed an additional $100! For what? Our order was 4 cups of coffee and 2...
