"We stayed 3 nights, our first night our air wasn’t working properly. The next morning I reported, I was rudely told I should have called during the night to report!?? As I ask the supposed boss? Were there repair men on duty at night? She could have cared less and was rude. The headboards are absolutely disgusting! "
