"Getting to this hotel can be a challenge with the Galleria area traffic, but once inside, living is easy. Shopping and dining are right outside the door. I especially liked being able to walk inside the mall in the early morning hours before the mall opened. I felt safe. "

"It was the worst experience in my life in a hotel rats roaches disgusting I should be refunded for my stay there I walked into the hotel room sat down on the bed roach at the roach rat I didn't even stay there one night I booked it for five nights walked out maybe 10 minutes later from that place no I don't recommend this place to anyone and that place should be closed down"

"Transferred from the Extended Stay next door, so it felt amazing walking in to this place. It really is a great facility, great food service and bar. Had to shorten my stay but eventually was able to change my reservation and be refunded. "
