"It was the worst experience in my life in a hotel rats roaches disgusting I should be refunded for my stay there I walked into the hotel room sat down on the bed roach at the roach rat I didn't even stay there one night I booked it for five nights walked out maybe 10 minutes later from that place no I don't recommend this place to anyone and that place should be closed down"

Most importantly: The highly inventive "Destination Fee" is nothing but a gouge. We were told that if we ordered room service the $25 fee would be deducted from the bill. IT WAS NOT.
