"Overall, for the price, we liked this hotel a lot. It has a Hollywood history with Lucille Ball’s pictures everywhere. Very safe neighborhood. The pool was nicer than most hotels. We used the tennis courts as well, just bring your own rackets. There was a live performance each night. We didn’t sit down to listen but it was nice to hear the music every time we walked by. The room was clean and bathroom updated. The bed was quite uncomfortable the first night but my husband and I fixed it by rotating the mattress. It was fine after that."

"I've already positively reviewed this place a few times, but after years of staying here, my opinion remains highly positive. If you've visiting Tucson and want an immaculate retro Southwest cactus & adobe vibe, a really good pool and hot tub, actually very good dinner and breakfast, and a comfy bed in a super retro room, there just isn't a better option I've found in the Southwest. "
