"A property just outside the busy downtown. The king suite room was very spacious, with a king sofa bed-not used by us- and two TVs. The pool area is gorgeous as is the hot tub. While they don’t have a front desk, the whole process was smooth. We were disappointed the French restaurant and the bar opened at 5pm. Earlier would have been nice. Overall we highly recommend the Cole!"

"The property was beautiful as it has been in the past. Clean manicured and a peaceful environment. The checkin process has not been great the past 2 times we have been there. The lobby has to buz you through the gate but they do not answer the phone promptly so you are sitting in the drive blocking cars from getting on the property timely. We went into the lobby and there are 3 employees and a child sitting and chatting instead of answering the phone "

"The property was clean, but there was no salt & pepper, only 1 cloth to wash dishes, only one cloth to dry dishes but it was a hand towel, no laundry soap (so we bought some and left it there), terrible quality paper towels and toilet paper, which we ran out of because we used it as Kleenex because there wasn't any Kleenex. The non-stick pans were old and beat up, and when they are in that state, they are actually harmful. The bed and pillows are too soft - that's not our style but it may suit...
