"The hotel Beacon is on the upper west side and is a convenient subway ride either downtown or up to Harlem where so many different activities exist in Manhattan that you could never run out in a year! Our bed was great, water pressure was great, staff was wonderful, and the kitchenette was great. We just had breakfast at our room every day saving a lot of time so that we could squeeze as many things in as possible and would love to come back and go to a show at the Beacon Theater sometime right next door. Thank you Hotel Beacon staff for being so kind and welcoming and keeping it clean."

"I think the area, the location, and the hotel overall experience was great. The Hotel is located right next to Metro station which make everything so easy for transportation. there is a diner, pharmacy, and different coffee shops around. The room was clean and spacious, the bed or mattress was not my favorite :( it kinda needs more support, The mattress is sunken in on one side, creating discomfort and imbalance."

"Desk staff and other staff were verify friendly and helpful. The location so close to Central Park is excellent! Parking is the usual NYC problem but we found some street parking. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was much better than we expected - good variety that changed every day. Overall a good place to stay in NYC."
