"Property and amenities are good, but there wss nonoffer to take our bags to our rooms which we did ourselves. Location is not too far from Sabiha Gokcen airport but quite far from Istanbul airport. It seens to be licated in a business/ office area. Getting taxi is easy, bit it is not the best location if you wish to stay bear tourist attractions."

We had breakfast included and came an hour before the end time, but the eggs, potatoes and bread were all finished, the dishes were finished for drinks and so we didn’t have much to eat. They did go get more bread, but the eggs and potatoes and other hot sides were out. I asked if they could make more as the breakfast buffet was still an hour longer but they said it was finished. But...

"The staff are great: helpful, kind, courteous, professional, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs and wants, but the hotel itself, the building is not on par with other Fraser Suites in other countries. The suites are smaller, kitchen utensils few and worn out, few cushions and comforters, no dryer: the washing machine works only on one cycle that doesn't dry, the television has one English channel that has only Turkish news. The owners have done a great job hiring first class...
