"The staff are great: helpful, kind, courteous, professional, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs and wants, but the hotel itself, the building is not on par with other Fraser Suites in other countries. The suites are smaller, kitchen utensils few and worn out, few cushions and comforters, no dryer: the washing machine works only on one cycle that doesn't dry, the television has one English channel that has only Turkish news. The owners have done a great job hiring first class...
