"The property was in a great location in Condesa. Super walkable to nearby restaurants and parks. Great place for a homebase in CDMX. Third Floor has elements without a ceiling so there can be some dustier areas in the home. Some mosquitos on the third floor. "

"Altogether we were 8 people (four couples). We had a very nice experience in this property. The rooftop deck was great, although be aware that it is about three flights up a spiral staircase. "We stayed here with two families (9 people total) and it was great. There were plenty of beds and plenty of space in general. The location wasn't ideal (not super walkable to a lot of things we wanted to go to, especially for small kids) but that was my fault! The kitchen is small so if you're planning to cook for a big group be aware of that. "

"Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. "My family and I stayed at the property while we were in CDMX for a wedding. We loved the home in terms of livability and character. The daily housekeeping was a treat and the location cannot be any better. I would definitely stay here again if I was traveling with a group. "I stayed in Gerry & Dani's place with some friends for a long weekend. 10/10 location, house, and hosts. Dani & Gerry were wonderful. They were so responsive to questions and made for excellent hosts. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My family and I stayed at the ULIV Cibeles and it fit our needs perfectly. The layout of the room was fantastic, with two bedrooms in one unit.
