"Great value for the cost. Self check-in was super convenient, and the neighborhood is the best in CDMX in my opinion. Don't expect it to be spotless, the soap ran out during our stay, and a few of the washroom fixtures were loose or broken, but none of this was a big problem for us since the room was pleasant and the price was right. "

"The check-in is onLy 4 hours, you miss it and the whole stay can be cancelled, not very friendly to the customers, hot water wasn't working and I had to wait for reception to open.TV wasn't working. Weak wifi. The rooms are OK and spacious but not super clean. "

"It showed it was a department for 8 but it was a sharing department. It had different rooms with different people inside the department with no locks. Bedrooms were dirty. Too hot with no fans. Not family friendly. We didn’t stay because we felt unsafe. "
