"We loved our stay here. Friendly staff, spacious room. Bathroom could use a little updating, didn't look the cleanest in the tub are simply because the tile/grout looked dingy. But otherwise, nice clean rooms. We stayed with our 2 children. Also the hotel was quiet! When you're in your room, you don't hear the other guests or the elevator, which is so hard to find in hotels. We used the laundry and the refrigerator. So nice to have on a week long trip. I miss it already, we would stay here...

"We arrived at the hotel a few hours early and on checking in we were upgraded from a junior suite to a one bedroom suite. The hotel provided a great buffet breakfast which had lots of food and plenty of choice. The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk to both BTS and Metro Stations. Our only slight criticism is we could only find 2 small lifts to service 19 floors (and one of them was being serviced during our stay which caused queues) and the internet was slow and intermittent. But apart...
