"The SO was in a great location near the MRT station and across for Lumpini Park. The hotel itself was a bit tired around the edges. Our room in particular (the one after I asked to be re-assigned after the first room they gave us smelled musty bad), was nice, but several electrical outlets weren't working or had issues. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, the breakfast was very good, and the common areas were well kept. It was really our room that showed its age, and the fact that...

"Superb hotel in great location in central Silom near almost everything a tourist could want. I booked a Premier room for 3 nights and was delighted when the young lady receptionist offered me an Executive room on the top floor which had an amazing view. 2 slight negatives. The sauna’s did not work and my room had a mini kitchen but no crockery etc. "

"This hotel knows how to give a 5 star experience. All the other "5-star" hotels were so far away from this hotel. So many wonderful touches from the turn down service with scented wax and a small gift, to the complimentary tea time with snacks, to the breakfast. We love that they had a dress code so you didn't have to see strangers in their pajamas at breakfast lol. It's a bit far from the main attractions but cabs and tuktuks are waiting out front so it's easy to get where you want to. "

"Do not be fooled by the location of hotel base on the map. If you think this hotel is in close proximity to silom main Street (eg. Patpong etc) you be in for a surprise as route linking this hotel directly to silom is close after 8pm daily and only open in morning. You need to make a big detour from silom to sathorn n then to the hotel. Additionally, while the hotel comes equip with cable TV with over 100 channels, all are in Thai language. "

"First room I got was very noisy because of heavy traffics on Sathorn road. Good thing they immediately let me changed to a different room upon request. 2nd room still had some traffic noises, but it was liveable. Smelled electrical burn when I turned on the TV. After I turned it off, smell went away within minutes. I like the clean restroom, clean sheets, pillows. It does not look like a hotel."
