"Such a beautiful, old style iconic Thai royalty hotel! The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Many speak excellent English. I was there over the Loy Krathong Festival and they taught me how to make my Krathong to float in the pool. The pool is lovely, and large enough to swim laps. The breakfast in the morning - which was included in my room rate - was delicious, varied, and so abundant. Happy Hour 2 for 1 specials made the evenings fun, and there was music in the lobby bar. "The hotel is so dirty and outdated. The bathroom smells so bad and has so many mold and mildew stains. The toilet needs to be replaced and the lighting needs to be fixed. The tv is from the early 2000’s and also there’s no lock for the balcony. This is in a sketchy area. Also want to add that the mattress are all very firm. I would say it’s on the extra firm side. Add a few more bucks and stay elsewhere! "

"I have only good things to say about the Pinnacle Lumphini. We stayed here 8 days. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices to suit everyone. The bed was not hard and there was a choice of pillows. Lots of hot water and clean towells. A very nice pool. The MRT Lumphini is a few minutes walk. There are many nice restaurant s in the immediate area as well as laundromats. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok"
