"This hotel is attached to the airport so it was great for an early morning departure flight. Bed was very comfy so we got a good night sleep. Also, concierge was great. I has lost an item at another hotel and was able to have it delivered and held for me. The Hyatt just took it over so I am sure they will spruce it up a bit. Overall clean, good service and conveniently located."

"excellent staff. wanted to order something for a friend while in Bangkok, and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to help me with the address, and then kind enough to talk to "lalamove" to confirm they had the correct information for the delivery. OUTSTANDING service! (i'm sorry- i meant to get her name, but i kept missing my chance). The porter (i believe Todsapron?-early afternoon shift) was also very helpful with luggage, questions, and getting taxis. great location and a fantastic price. larger sized room for the area. rooms could use a refresh, but hard to beat the value. would stay again."
