The staff, tho sparse during this off season, is very helpful, informative and efficient. The rooms could use an update but they are clean and comfortable. I recommend this property when staying in Palm Springs. "

"I loved this property and my room. The only negative is that the shower water pressure was horrible. I took me longer to take a shower. If maintenane would temove the water saver in the showe head that may help. I did not complain. So not managements fault. "

"The main area is gorgeous. Building 4 was, let's say, "humble" and needed some improvements - but nice. Didn't like that I was charged for Valet when I was only there for 35 mins and was told I would get a 2 hour complimentary valet. "
