"Beautiful property -- it's being renovated in March 2025, so probably just getting better. We stayed in Jamaica Tower, a smaller building north of the main one. Pros: great view, clean/functional room, easy check in/out, nice parking. Cons: Some pool areas were locked/closed without any signage, notice, etc., and staff was kind of nasty when we found an open gate; we did find the open pools/hot tubs later. Beds were really hard; hopefully that gets upgraded in the remodel. Overall, though,...

"I most definitely will stay at Baywatch again. The young lady at front desk helped me with the change of our room. I was put on the 15th floor but my disable friend was with me and wasnt comfortable being that high up so the nice young lady, I'm assuming she was manager change us to a lower floor. So i was very thankful. I will be back."

"The hotel was constructed in the early 20th century and has vibes from that time, which are fun. The lobby is huge but unfortunately has no bar there, even though there is jazz on weekends. I wasn't wild about dinner at their restaurant (not bad, but not very imaginative either, with a so-so wine list) but I enjoyed the breakfast very much.
