"Solaria Hotel has service that I never saw before even in the most expensive hotels. When we arrived I very casually mentioned to DAVID that we were in Vietnam to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The next day at breakfast they were waiting for us with a dessert with "Happy Anniversary" on it. Team was always giving us tips & tricks, making sure everything was fine, etc. SUSAN and GRACE as well as TRAN were some of the most helpful although everyone was nice. When we left today they came to bring us to the bus that picked us up. Apart from service, rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, big and comfortable beds, excellent free breakfast with buffet made-to-order selections and... A great location, 60 feet away from the Hoan Kiem Lake. "
