Check in process was a breeze, the house itself is as beautiful as the pictures. Bonus points because it included baby proofing items, and a high chair. A family member left some items by accident and before she realized where it was, Allyn had already reached out w a picture. We had family travel from out of state, so to have a space large enough for everyone to have a bed, as well as accommodate us sitting around the same table for all meals meant the most to us. "
