"Enjoyed the hotel, clean room and good facilities. Check in was easy, bar and grill was great. Needed an app for discounts though which didn't I've do as i was told it would. Complete lottery as to what got taken off a bill so had to ask for this to be corrected. Staff were nice though, really helpful. "

I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage.
