"As a Geordie visiting London when you pay for a hotel which is expensive by my local standards I guess youct expect a little luxury. The Tara's fixtures and fittings could do with some updating as they look tired and worn. That said the accomodation is extremely clean, the staff absolutely lovely and super helpful. "This property is a perfect stay for London. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good size rooms, with outside noise reduction. Perfect location , with great access to all areas of central London. Gloucester Road tube station right outside. I would highly recommend. "

All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "

"Four day stay was cancelled on arrival by hotel due to it being used for Government Quarantine Service, we were only allowed a new night stay and had to make our own alternative arrangements. Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"
