"Very easy check in. We were given the room upgrade we had requested and it had a bath as requested. We said we were running the London marathon and the hotel gave us a runners goody bag including Epsom salts for a post run bath, energy drinks and bars. They are also putting on a marathon runners evening meal tonight and special early breakfast Sunday morning. We also got our free drink vouchers. We have stayed at Apex hotels several times and I can thoroughly recommend them."

"The staff made the stay 10 stars!! we were tired after a week traveling through the country + lost luggage by our ailine but they did anything they could to help, even offer a new suitcase for us to bring bag our newest items, made calls, helped find stores etc. Always with a smile. the staff get A++, + quiet, super clean and convenient. The llace is within a few blocks of the metro and downtown. "
