"It was a tiny home literally wedged between buildings. 4 adults stayed upstairs and 3 adults downstairs. Close location with Shirokane takanawa station, and 24 hour food marts and a star bucks. Beds were really hard had to get used to the first few nights. For the price it was an excellent stay."

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. "This is not for large families. it was extremely small. dryer system in the bathroom does not dry clothes at all. I would say its ok for 3 people max. my Family is a family of 5, we were all squashed (and we only had 1 checked bag and backpacks). Check in was slightly confusing and if it wasnt for the "building owner" (I have no idea who the nice man was?) walking up to us we wouldnt know how to open the door. "

"The check in process was easy because the property manager emailed me guides days before my trip to Japan. The room was as described and perfect for one or two people. I love the modern style and the shower room was high and spacious. There are controls for vent, drying, heating in there too. The location was super convenient for traveling around Tokyo and all the hot spots. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe to walk by yourself at night. "Perfect place for myself and my four friends during our time in Tokyo. Short walk from Ebisu station and extremely clean and nice space. "

"My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. Plenty of amenities. Loved the shower and heated floors/toilets. The only reason check in wasn't ranked #5 was the need to use an app to open the front door initially. If my phone had better data service or I had the wifi password for the house beforehand I imagine there wouldn't have been a delay in getting inside the house. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it for families."
