"Although a little out of the city, it’s a great base. Tram stop very near the Hotel makes it easy to get around. I received a nice warm welcome when I checked in, which is always nice. The room was good, a little tired in the décor dept but clean and tidy. The large bed was very comfortable. Thank you !"

"Always a lovely place to stay. Good to have concierge service again after Covid. Only gripe is the Harry’s bar never seems to be open very late, so you have to go down the street to Vic’s bar "

"We had a really nice stay. Our room was modern with a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a wonderful selection to choose from. We went to see a show at The Palms at Crown so very conveniently located. Heaps of dining options nearby too."
