"Guest services went above and beyond to make me happy. They did upgrade me to a room that seemed to be not used in a long time. Was incomplete with no toiletries, bathrobe, sleepers, dusty. But after couple of email they decide to change my room, we came into an agreement that was ok to stay there but must be clean and complete, since I have taken all my clothes and belongings out of my baggage. "

"The hotel is in a convenient location near restaurants and shopping mall. The staff was friendly and service was great. The pool is small but great for small children. One of the inconveniences was the elevator. The second day of our stay my husband got stuck in one of the two working elevators. At one point after waiting for the elevator for about 10 minutes we were directed to a staff only elevator thru a hidden door. The other inconvenience was the dead roach in one of our rooms. "The main lobby / shared first floor area is definitely interesting. The location gets you close to lots of things. The room itself was fairly bland and utilitarian. Breakfast was available but not provided free of charge. Stayed here one night but would not stay here much longer than that based on the small room size."
