"This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk...

"I requested a room higher up because I had read the reviews about excessive noise. And there was no noise at all! We had wonderful restful nights here (we were on the ninth floor). Only one elevator worked and it was pretty grimy but we never had to wait long. The price was quite reasonable. Shower worked wonderfully. Room was huge. We had a separate living room area but it was a little old looking. Overall we would recommend it "
