"The staff are so friendly here and are quite knowledgeable about what's around. The lobby is beautiful and has nice artwork on display. There is a number of elevators so it was never too long of a wait. I only tried the breakfast buffet and I thought it was good for the price. The room I ended up in while very spacious, was quite cold and while the staff explained how the heating system worked I don't think the heater functioned properly.
