"Loved the room and view was magnificent. Upsetting to be charged per day for parking when I booked and it was noted as included. Disappointing that no room cleaning and was not able to get clean towels told by receptionist to wash myself as I had machine in appartment which I found rude. My husband was chased and growled at by a residents dog that was off leash in the car park and lift very concerning with young children around. "

"Loved the facilities. Restaurants and bars inside the hotel then you're a 2 minute walk to the beach and shopping. By far one of my most fav stays I've had on the Gold coast. The new Reno is amazing "
