"Staffgreeted us at reception and told us there was no restaurant and only food available via room service (there is one we later found out). Property is run down, the sink tap wobbled so much I thought it might break off. Bathroom was yuck. Wifi super slow and breakfast included gives you one pancake cut into 1/4's. We paid for 7nights but checked out after 5 to go to another hotel"

"This is the only hotel in South East Asia that has not supplied fresh water. Also no food available. Second floor bathroom drainage not good. WiFi spotty. One night there was a large storm. "I was very disappointed in the property when we arrived. I feel like at one point I’m sure the property and our room did look like the pictures, but upon arrival our room was rough and run down. Our room was dirty, dingy, and run down. The mosquitos were terrible as well and made the room uninhabitable. There were more in our room than outside. We ended our stay at Alan Bidadari and checked out sooner than we planned to. "
