Bathroom towels were always dirty with lots of stains, oil wasn’t used in the room like the last time I stayed (had to ask if we wanted it) and the bathroom was a little dirty / had a very mouldy smell so had to keep the windows open most of the time. Access was a mission with 282 steps (yes we counted) and with the rain we had to wait for it to stop so we could venture out.
