"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. "We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. "A little rundown property, not so clean, you can see molds in many area of the house. Amenities are okay, had to run around asking for a hair dryer at night. Also with high price we paid, you would expect the “floating breakfast” as shown in photos on the hotel listing here for your “private pool villas” but no, apparently you have to request for it before hand which no-one told us about that. Maybe take the photo down from the listing if that was not what you offered? "

"Stayed in a Junior Suite. Only given 1 key card. Told too busy didn't have spare. Had to ask for hand/small towels - again "busy" would give if they had any. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very basic - we went out for breakfast. Staff all very nice, polite and friendly but all very young. Nobody senior seemed to be in charge. Overall reasonable hotel. Would stay again but not in a hurry."

"We actually booked the wrong night and although they clearly did not have our booking they let us have a room whilst they got to the bottom of it. After arrival we entered our room and showered.
