"The villa is located in a very central area, the down side is if you were looking for a zen moment I am not too sure if this is the villa for you. Mrs Sippys is on backing on to the villa so you hear the party times most of the day and night. (They close at 10pm) Villa staff were amazing. We had a few maintenance problems. "The Villa is set in a back lane behind a school, so as they start at 7.30am be prepared to hear the teachers booming on the microphone early! Fortunately property is far enough away from Sunset Rd & the noisy traffic. 5 min walking distance to Aus ExPat Shooters Bar. Across the road a lovely little restaurant.
